WEBSITE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing APC Hospitality LLC (APC). By submitting payment through our website or payment link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making an online payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment, you authorize APC to charge the credit card or other approved payment method for the amount you have entered or that appears on your invoice.

You certify that:

  • The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are the authorized cardholder or have authority to use the payment method.
  • Sufficient funds or available credit exist to complete the transaction.

3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor utilizing industry-standard encryption and security protocols. APC does not store complete credit card numbers on its servers.

4. Invoice Payments

Payments made through the website are applied to the invoice(s) or account identified by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering the correct invoice number or account information when requested.

If a payment cannot be matched due to incorrect or missing information, application of the payment may be delayed.

5. Payment Confirmation

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

6. Processing Fees

A 3.65% convenience fee will be added to all payments made by credit card through APC’s online payment portal.

The convenience fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if APC determines that a payment was processed in error.

Customers wishing to avoid the convenience fee may contact APC Hospitality to discuss alternative payment methods that may be available.

Your credit card issuer or financial institution may impose fees, for which APC is not responsible.

7. Returned or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, rejected, or later reversed by your financial institution, APC reserves the right to:

  • Contact you regarding the failed payment;
  • Require an alternate form of payment;
  • Assess any applicable returned payment fees permitted by law; and

8. Refund Policy

Payments are applied toward services rendered or invoices issued.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may not be refundable.

9. Billing Disputes

If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, please contact APC before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.

10. Chargebacks

Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any billing dispute directly with APC prior to filing a chargeback.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in collection efforts, suspension of services, and recovery of any fees incurred by APC.

11. Taxes

Where applicable, sales tax or other required governmental charges will be included in the amount due.

12. Security

APC uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect payment information. While no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, we work with trusted payment providers that utilize industry-standard security measures.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APC shall not be liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by internet outages, payment processor interruptions, banking system failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

APC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting to this website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
