The latest example has been the creation of the COVID-19 Grocery Delivery Service for our residential communities. Utilizing our Sales Department as a Help Desk, our Shuttle Division as the deliverer, we enabled our residential communities to shelter in place while providing a free and vital service.
History
Founded in 1985, by our CEO Ellis M. Dumont, APC’s journey originated as Advanced Parking Concepts LLC. by providing valet parking to a single residential luxury condominium. With a mission and core focus to elevate the client experience and achieve the highest level of service, APC has proudly served over 30,000 clients and is the industry leader in valet parking, parking management, front desk, front circle management, shuttle and consulting services.

Commitment to Community as well as APC’s COVID-19 Grocery Delivery Assistance Program has been recognized by the National Parking Association.
The COVID-19 Grocery Delivery Assistance program allowed the most vulnerable communities to shelter in place, keeping our valued staff working and ensuring that APC did not furlough any employees. CEO & Founder of APC Hospitality LLC, Ellis M. Dumont proudly announces a new affiliate, APC Security Services, Inc. and the addition of Salvatore Ingui as Regional Director.
APC Security Services holds significant importance in the APC Hospitality brand of services. SORA certified security officers, licensed with the ability to bring a unparalleled level of security and hospitality will enhance the APC portfolio. Gate, lobby, front desk administration, campus and facility surveillance services in commercial, luxury residential, medical, university, hotel/resort, and events accounts will be handled with the APC WAY with professionalism and hospitality.
Sal Ingui will lead this new undertaking. Prior to retiring from the NJ State Troopers, Sal held the rank of F.O.S. Executive Officer.
