CEO Ellis M. Dumont and founder Sal Ingot has over 3 decades of hospitality industry experience specializing in Concierge, Valet, Shuttle operations, and organizing successful special events.
Additionally, our Safety & Security Assessment and Consulting services are led by our Security Director who has over 27 years of law enforcement experience with the New Jersey State Police.

Command Center Operation
Unique to APC Hospitality, our Command Center includes Logistic Coordinators who promptly verify the punctuality, performance, and uniform of all APC personnel. This unique service adds a free level of oversight and permanent retention via the Cloud.

Management
Location Managers add a unique level of leadership and support.
APC also provides high quality administrative assistance from our Corporate Headquarters. Our office is open 6am-7pm, 7 days a week including holidays. Our management services are available 24 hours a day.

Training, Development & Recruitment
Human Resources professionals actively seeks out dedicated hospitality professionals with a passion for outstanding customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Our process includes screening, interviews, and reference checks in addition to background checks under certain circumstances.
Extensive training is provided to all employees with our award-winning Certification Program. Our training includes classroom teaching and on-site training, including periodic refreshers and updates.
